If there is a problem with your order (if you were accidentally sent the wrong card or the item came damaged in some way), we want to make it up to you. We try our best to get every order right and to protect our items as they are in the mail, but accidents happen!
You can return your card to us for a refund (excluding all shipping costs) before thirty days after ship date. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund.
